RECIPE / ANTI-FLU SMOOTHIE

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَا تُهُ
Rainy days! I love rainy days, but I need to protect myself more on rainy days. Here I want to share one of my favorite anti-flu smoothie recipe. This one is very easy, delicious, and quick to make. Here you go!
You need:
1). 1 big mango (alternative: slice the mango and freeze it before you make the smoothies).
2). 10 mint leaves
3). 4 dates
4). Lemon (Just a squeeze of it)
5). Water
Steps:
1). Put ingredients number 1-4 into blender.
2). Add water 3/4 of the amount of your ingredients (I prefer my smoothies not too thick, you can add water based on your preferences).
3). Blend all the ingredients about 60-90 seconds.
4). Done. Now you've got that delicious anti-flu troopers inside your body ;)
